The guardian of biodiversity
Organic farmer and agricultural technologist Céline Aellen-Addor from Lauenen near Gstaad is our youngest ambassador on the Impact Board. Impact Gstaad visited the 25-year-old on her parents' farm and also asked her whether meat production and sustainability are not a contradiction in terms.
